Canada's Most Provocative And Emotionally Validating Art Exhibition 2026
November 2026
Curated & Facilitated by Amanda Tkaczyk | whatsoever.ca
Necessary Arts, Guelph, ON
This is an indepdently organized exhibition being hosted at Necessary Arts Collective.
I care about artists.
I care about how people experience art.
I believe that how we facilitate art and art experiences matters.
As an interdisciplinary artist, I've been part of various public presentations of art (exhibitions, screenings, performances, festivals) and wondered: what more could be done to recognize the artists and meaningfully engage audiences? In resource-constrained environments competing with the attention economy, I believe that authentic co-creation, care, and deep witnessing could help overcome traditional challenges. This exhibition is artistic research-creation exploring curation and facilitation as art.
